All of it in one app. Reviewed before anything moves: see every category, keep what you want, send the rest to the Trash.

Tools

Six focused tools in one app

Clean, uninstall, optimize, analyze, monitor, and log, without juggling six utilities. Built for developers and anyone whose Mac is running full of stuff they didn't choose.

Clean

Reclaim disk space safely. Scan ten categories, review the list, and only what you approve moves, to the Trash by default.

Apps

Uninstall apps completely with a leftover preview, keep them updated, and tame startup and login items.

Optimize

One safe maintenance pass: flush DNS and caches, free purgeable space. Risky steps stay off, and anything skipped tells you why.

Analyze

A clickable map of your disk plus the largest files, so you can find and clear what's really eating space.

Status

Live CPU, memory, disk, network, GPU, thermal, and battery, with top processes and one simple health score.

Activity

macOS permission guidance, plus a local log of every action you've taken, so you can always look back.

How we treat your files

Built to be trusted

A maintenance app earns trust by what it refuses to do. These rules aren't optional toggles: they're how Kleanse works.

01

Review before remove

A scan never deletes anything. Every candidate appears on a list you approve, item by item, before it moves.

02

Stays on your Mac

Scans, file names, choices, and logs stay local. No Kleanse account, no cloud sync, and no app telemetry.

03

Reversible by default

Cleanups go to the Trash, not permanent wipe. You can restore from there if you change your mind.

04

Skips what isn’t safe

System-critical locations, important personal data, and anything ambiguous simply aren’t offered for removal.

FAQ

Straight answers

No scare tactics. No fine print about your files.

What exactly does Kleanse do?

It's an all-in-one Mac maintenance app: a cleaner, an app manager and uninstaller, a disk analyzer, a safe optimizer, a live system monitor with a health score, and a local activity log, plus a menu-bar HUD with your Mac's vitals. Free for your first day, then one $14.99 lifetime license.

Does it live in the menu bar?

Yes. The menu bar HUD shows CPU, memory, network, disk, and battery with live sparklines, top processes, and a one-click Open app button. You can also eject volumes and keep your screen awake without opening the full window.

How is it different from other Mac cleaners?

Kleanse never deletes anything you didn't approve, sends removals to the Trash by default, skips anything it can't treat safely, keeps everything on your Mac, and charges once: no subscription, no account, no telemetry.

Does anything leave my Mac?

Scans, file names, your choices, and logs stay on your computer. Purchasing is handled by Dodo Payments. Activation sends only your key, its activation-instance ID, and your Mac name. Starting the free day sends a hashed device id to Kleanse's own trial service. Kleanse has no app telemetry.

What if I remove something I still need?

You approve every item before cleanup. Removals go to the Trash by default, and each action is written to a local log so you can see what happened.

How is this different from aggressive cleaners?

Kleanse prioritizes control over a flashy free-space number. It skips paths it can’t safely offer, shows sizes up front, and never forces a subscription or upsells.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants a careful cleanup, not only power users. If you prefer reviewing a list to trusting a one-click "boost," Kleanse is built for you.

What does it need?

macOS 14 or later. Some features may ask for Full Disk Access; the app explains when and why, and you can decline.

Is there a subscription?

No. $14.99 is a one-time price for a lifetime license: pay once and receive all Kleanse updates, for life. No recurring charges.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new Mac gets one free day with the full app. Starting the trial needs an internet connection once; after that it runs locally for 24 hours, then Kleanse asks you to buy a license to keep using it.

Can I move my license to another Mac?

Yes. Your license activates one Mac at a time. Deactivate the old Mac in Settings, then activate the new one. If the old Mac is unavailable, contact support.

Does it work offline?

Initial activation and your free-day start need internet. After that, Kleanse checks in with the server regularly and can stay unlocked for up to 24 hours without a connection. Past 24 hours offline it locks until it can check again.

What is the refund policy?

Purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the refund page for the support steps. Refunded keys are disabled at their next validation.
